I would like to read some experience or cases about expired work permit while we are doing the process of express entry.
In my case, my work permit will be expire by Jan 2020. My CRS score will be 475 just waiting for my ECA to get completed.
By the time that I get an ITA I will be on Implied status, waiting for a extension of my work permit. Will my status can create any issues?
I cant applied for a BOWP because Im the second applicant.
Furthermore by April 2020 my extension will be process. If my work permit is refused I will stop working and apply for a visitor visa until I finish my EE process. (Maybe done by Jun 2020)
