Status of residency in a country otherthan that of origin

Hi All,

My brother-in-law plans to apply for his PR . He is an Sofware engineer,Indian citizen working in South Korea and his wife is on family visa (dependant) staying with him. What should the status of their residency be in south korea...They are a bit confused. This needs to be filled in the main application form

Which option should my BIL chose :

*Foreign National
*Worker

For his wife:
* Foreign national
*Visitor
*others

Kindly help

Your brother will be a "worker". This is the logical answer as the work permit would have a start and an end date, and worker status requires you to enter a start and an end date.

His wife will be "others" and you can mention "on spouse VISA" alongside the text field.
