Hello Guys,

I am a PNP-O candidate AOR September 11. I am currently standing at NA2 (status changed couple of hours only).

My questions are -

1. What I can expect in NA2?
2. From NA2 to IP2 - how much time I assume CIC will take?
3. What will happen in IP2?
4. How much time from IP2 to PPR?

Timeline -

ITA - September 6
AOR/NA1 - September 11
MEP - October 5
IP1 - October 5
NA2 - October 10

Thanks in advance.

1. You may get an email saying "your account has been updated" or nothing at all. You can check your myCIC account to see if you can notice any status updates.
2. Depends on case to case. Ideally, it takes any time from 1 day to 15 days.
3. In IP2 (again; ideally!) they check the background. Nobody knows exactly how or when, but probably involves a detailed searching in databases shared by multinational security agencies.
4. Ideally (again!) 1 day to 1 month. You may get an email saying your account has been updated for each step.

IP1, IP2, NA - are all assumptions of the forum users depending on status messages seen in their accounts. The whole status update system is glitched as hell and many things are quite simply 'in-explainable' TBH!

Still, there is hope.
Look like this; they are definitely working on your application and it is passing stages to completion.
And from the changes, it is clear that you will get a decision way before 6 months!

Good luck!

Thanks for the detailed revert.

One more quick question ~ will the timeline same for FSW as well as PNP Candidates as this year they are taking longer time for PNP Candidates. What's your opinion on this as I fall under PNP-O category.

PNP applications usually take longer than FSW.
But there are exceptions to those too!
Again; No matter what stream you are, your application has seen a lot of progress and that is a good thing, right?
Now, get rid of your worries (your worries will not help anything!) and just see when you get a decision.

I am a 25th April AOR FSW applicant and my application hasn't moved a bit since June 20th when my medicals were cleared.
Consider yourself lucky!

Thanks mate for the POSITIVITY.

Hope your application will get processed too quickly.

And within the next couple of days, we both are in the position to hold PPR in our hand. Fingers Crossed.

Hello,

I got PPR two weeks ago and my passport is with Canada High Commission in Delhi. Hoping to get it by next week.

Good luck to you buddy and truly hope that you will get the PPR soon too. :)
