Status "In Progress" but haven't received AOR

Dear folks,

I have been patience enough and just check my EACS today. I found that my application has been "in progress" on Oct 14, 2011 but I get nothing from CIC. What that mean? Please help me....

No AOR, No medical, I need contact them....

That's really strange, you should definitely contact the embassy where you sent your documents. I think your AOR was either mistakenly sent to the wrong address or never sent. In any case, you should have received your AOR by now. So you login to ecas using your client id and saw 'In Progress'? Did you click the underlined status and see the details inside? what were they?

I check my junk box but nothing there. I called the call center but I was advised to contact Buffalo office. Do you know usually how long it takes to get approved after the VO receives medical results?
