How can I send an enquiry about my application and when?. Cic received my file since 28/6/2013. How long it takes for the response.

I think it is ok to do an enquiry.
It is recommended to wait at least 8-10 weeks, before making contact with CIC about your application status.

You can send an email with your name, DOB, country and the date your application was received to CIO‑Sydney‑Search‑Enquiry @ cic.gc.ca
