status check on the website

My status was "decision made" for 5 months but I tried to check it online again today but it told me that the ID does not exist
I tried again and again but didn't work.
is it just me? or anyone else experiencing this problem?
Does anyone have an idea what is going on ??

ps I sent mine to Buffalo Visa Office

When they sent me my COPR my information was taken off the website. Hopefully you'll hear something soon.
