Status change, getting divorce... what to do in this case

Hi All,

I want to apply for PNP program, am a married person but I am taking divorce & it may take time up to next 6 months.
In the Application had chosen following options:
- Marital Status: Married
- Will this person come with you to Canada? : No

In the application, need the spouse sign for "Sign the Declaration".
But to do in the case. Please suggest.
