Status change Email

I live in Gurgaon , Haryana and got married in 9.8.2018 . Which Email Id should I mark while sending the status change Email to IRCC , for a faster processing application.

I have heard that if we mark the email to local canada immigarion office they will reply fast. Can anyone provide the email ID please
