If visa had been accepted then they will stamp it as accepted and then send the passport to us.

How will the status ( accepted or rejected ) be known before we receive the passport.

If it has been rejected will the stamp it and send.

if you accepted then they will stamp your visa but if you refused they will send your visa back to you without any stamp
well they will forward you a refusal letter and they will mention the reasons of rejection on this letter.

no....... you have to wait until your passport is back to you because courier are not authorized to open your documents.

Ok in my Case its been a long wait
i had submited arund on 25th june
and thr is no updation of status
can u please guide me what are d steps to be taken to know d actual status .... d status aint changing
its showing under process thats it

give me ur contact no. , i will tell u the whole thing,
i have submitted my file on 21st june 2010 nd still my status is under processing too.
still i have to undergo for my medicals.
today, i mailed to vfs chandigarh and i m waiting for their response

i applied under normal case ,,,,my application rejected but there is no rejection stamp but i received a refusal latter which was stating the rejections reasons

I too submitted my file without medicals. Is it possible to submit medicals now before receiving response from the CHC? My agent tells me to wait.

Yes I applied under normal case. The agent assured me that my case won't take much time. I am Ph.D student.

wait for the call from chc , then u can go for medicals, it wouldn't take much time, so wait bro

Hi hardeep,

There is one mistake in my file I came to know it after submiting my file yesterday. Its a Proof of Income problem. It is stated in my personal information form that my brothers annual income is 2.48 lac but in actual his current CTC is 2.32 lac but from september 2010 he will get 2.48. Both the amounts are mentioned on his increment letter that I have and I interpreted it like 2.32 is older package and 2.48 is his current package. Is it a huge blunder that I made??? Plz reply me soon.
