STATISCICS - Do we have any statistics of the pr timelines until now

It has passed almost 9 months since Express Entry kicked in and I have some questions:
1- What's the average time it takes to get PR from the moment you get ITA ?
2- How many candidates have completed the process in 6 months (as stated by CIC) ?
3- Is the same time applicable for candidates living outside of Canada ?

There was a statistics link released by CIC. It doesnt answer any of these questions though!

So is that around 40% of inland FSW within 4 months? That seems like they'll manage to do 80% within 6 months if you assume a few people didn't come back to update their details?
