I recently got a status update from WES saying that -
"WES received your college record attested by your university. However, WES requires that your university both issue and attest your university mark sheets. Instructions: Please ask your university to issue and attest your university mark sheets and send to WES in a sealed envelope that is stamped or signed on the back flap by the appropriate official."
But the University of Mumbai has sent all the mark-sheet attested by them to WES.
In terms of issuance, only the final 2 semester (Sem 5 & 6) mark-sheet can be issued by the University of Mumbai because the first 4 semester (Sem 1- 4) were completed in the college and hence the first 4 semester mark-sheets are issued by the college and not the University of Mumbai. Therefore, University of Mumbai will only issue the mark-sheet for the final 2 semester (Semester 5-6) and not the first 4 semester (Sem 1-4).
But the entire course comes under the purview of University of Mumbai which is mentioned in all the mark-sheets and hence all the mark-sheets submitted to WES are attested by the University of Mumbai. Has anyone faced this issue?
Do I have to send the first 4 semester mark-sheet via my college to WES directly and the final 2 mark-sheet via University of Mumbai? Please help.
