Hi,

Does anyone of you can explain what is this and where to get? What should I do in order to get this pay statement aka statement of earnings? My employer a bit confused and asked me if I could clarify and tell them what I want from them.... :'(

Is the Statement of Earnings (pay record) is the same as RECORD OF EMPLOYMENT (ROE) or not? I read about the ROE on the internet, but it says an employee can request this if there is/was a dispute between an employer and employee regarding missing hours or something like that :'( :-\. I am so lost.........

They asked me if I wanted a Record of Employment, but again I was quite not sure and could not give my employer the right answer.

In the pay statement the provincial nominee program checklist wants me the following in the Pay statements to be included:

- pay period
- hourly rate of pay
- number of hours worked in the pay period and deductions

Any clarification would be greatly appreciated!

Hello

Statement of Earnings are simply your paystubs.

A paystub will have:

- pay period
- hourly rate of pay
- number of hours worked in the pay period and deductions

Mark me as good if i helped

Hi Anton,

Thanks for the reply. Does pay stbus must nionclude for entire periof of employment i.e. I usually get pay stubs twice a month or just the latest pay tub is enough (I mean for the last month)? Thanks!

Just give them the latest pay stubs if your getting bi weekly then give them say 2-3 month's worth of pay stubs that should do be enough
