I feel that I should have chosen the latter. Well, CIC has not specifically asked for any particular one.

I should get my last state PCC and PCC from India by this Friday. I am getting impatient to file my CIC. I fear that they will freeze all immigration in near future.

CIC received my application on feb 17th. just gathering these state pccs to submit if they ask me in next 2 months.
