I got my FBI certificate and sent my application to new dehli. I am currently in India

Was i required to send out state certificate also? what to do now? will they reject my application

there is nothing in state of NJ to get clearence certificate from India

please help

i think there was a date (sometime in feb) when they started requiring stats PCC. So if you had sent it in before that, they won't reject you. However, they might ask you for one later. I don't know what happens if you had sent in your application after that date.

Best is to wait for someone to reply because i am not sure what happens.

I sent my application to sydey in jan and to new delhi on march 11 2009

can i get PCC from NJ now and send it also?

i just pray thay do not reject just because of this

i would say best to get it now and send it.
Is it required to get NJ PCC even if you lived there but now living in India. Just make sure it is not only required for Bufallo applicants. If it is required for everyone, get one now and send it. At least that is what i will do.

but the assessment letter from sydney say, you submit all documents in one go and decision will be made based on that....

thats why i am worried.... will they consider if i send them now, after i get from NJ

i dont know and i doubt anyone would know the answer to this after the new rules, only because it has been a short time.

They might not start processing yours until they see all relevant documentations so you might not know until they start processing it. Best to get it an send it anyway. It might end up being waste of some money but its a small risk.

Check www.cic.gc.ca in police certificate. print form FD-258 get it figerprinted and sent to FBI along with $18 draft

for state, i have to do now since it was not required some time ago; information on that is also provided on website

They asked me for the state PCC, this is some new rule which just started recently and applied to anyone, old applicants as well as new. So if you are in any doubt, this will clear your confusion;

"Yes you need State PCC as well where you lived in the US" Start processing it now as it will take some time to get to India and when they'll ask you for one, you will not have ample time. Remember it will expire in three months for CIC.

I will get it from NJ. My question is did they ask you after u submitted all documents or what?

I already submitted my docuemtns to delhi office. Shall i get NJ PCC and sent it to New delhi before they ask from me...

submit form at worli passport office for pcc in mumbai, carry address proofs like bills current & one year back, ration card etc...

download form 2 from passport.gov.in & fill for each one
