State PNP information

Dear Experts,
I just want to know as per your experience, which is the easiest to apply for PNP as per my profile. I need your expert advice. I have seen many PNP are closed or if some exisisted, take around one year for skill assessment. There is still anyone issuing PNP.

IELTS: 6.5
Experience: 10 Years.
Degree: Btech: Electrical & Electronics Engineering.

SINP: Open but requried skill assessment which takes upto one year.
Remaining, I dont see anything open for application.

Please advice me.

Yes I know its available, but what I am asking I have to go for assessment from APEGS which will take almost one year.
Is it the only way to apply or can we apply directly to the sinp ??

Or if there is any other state offering earliest ?

U have to choose occupation from SINP occupation list, there some are regulated and some non regulated. You must obtain license for Noc 2133.
Noc 2241 is non regulated. U can apply without APEGS.
NSNP AND SINP are the easiest and fastest. They only have without job offer option. Your NOC is not in NSNP LIST. SO u can't apply there.

First u have to register witH or make profile with IRCC EE POOL .

Actually I am not an EE applicant. I am a SINP OID applicant. A turtle type category of SINP . WITHOUT EE. Takes about 2 years to complete . I am still hanging out to. 21 months to complete.

You have only 3 months remaining and after this they will approve your application ??
