State Government employee applying for Express Entry

One of my relative who is working in state Government, and she score enough points for ITA when she is the principal applicant. Now the concern is, if she gets ITA, will the government issue a NOC certificate ?? will they give Experience letter as suggested by IRCC ?? if they would not, what would be the alternate way to prove ?? has anyone went through this experience? kindly share your experience and any small piece of information will help us out.

Afaik, IRCC does not require NOC to apply in the EE. If you will search more in this forum, you will find a lot of government employees who landed successfully.

I am not an Indian but my husband is (I am guessing you’re an Indian ). He was able to get a reference letter from his immediate supervisor but he didn’t say it was for immigration purposes but something else.
