State Clearance

Hello Everyone

I was wondering if anybody has recently submitted the CIC application without including the State police clearance forms. While reading the forum I found a mix of people saying that it is needed while others indicated that you can provide if it later if requested. I have collected everything except state forms which I haven't submitted yet and my AINP certificate expires on July 25th.

It will be really helpful if people can suggest some options and indicate if state police clearance forms are needed or not. Also what if we submit the PCC forms for the primary applicant only at this time.

Any information in regards to this is really appreciated.

Hello Khan,

Go ahead submit your application with out state PCCs. They are not required but may be required in one's particular case and if they required in your case in future they will contact you for that and will give you plenty of time to provide them. By the way recently I submitted my application with FBI and Indian PCC which are required to submit with your application not state PCCs which is not required at the time of application and even may not be required at all during whole application process.
