Startup visa for closed work permit holder

Hi,
I am working in Ontario in IT for for last 2 years on closed work permit.
I want to put up my PR file under startup visa category(in the IT field only). Being on closed work permit, I am not allowed to engage in any other occupation as mentioned in my WP.
Can I open Incorporation in my own name to start a business in IT field?

Have you actually researched what a start-up visa is? Based on your question I don’t think so.
