I am finally starting to collect my documents. There are three institute that asses documents.in Wes,my institute is not listed. That mean I have to go to for other two institute. Please give me your suggestions which one is best in the terms of processing time.
Is anyone from Pakistan who can help me ?

If WES doesn't list your institute, chances are the other 2 don't list it either. http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/immigrate/skilled/assessment.asp

WES is the best in terms of processing time - the others take much longer than WES.

I have all degrees attested by hec , can I send directly to them for assessment?
