I attended school in TO for 2 years; during last 8 months co-op under work permit. I sent my application for PGWP and took 3 months. During this time I was made a job offer which I accepted as I had an off campus work permit. But this expired while waiting for the new permit. As of today I still work for same employer. Did I have implied status or no? If I broke the law, is there any way to apply through CEC?
