Good Day All,
My completion letter from my University came in on May 25th 2022 stating i have completed my degree requirements, i was officially given my degree on June 3rd 2022 which is also stated on my degree. IE it says on my degree that degree was awarded on June 3rd.
I started my full time job in May after my education was completed.

It is end of May 2023 now and im wondering should i make my Express Entry profile now since its already been a year of my full time work or wait until end of June because my degree states that i received the degree on June 3rd 2022.

Thank You

Actually that's not the measurement dates you should be looking at. For the purpose of CEC, only work done on or during pursuit of a pending work permit can be counted as valid experience. This means that starting on the date you submitted your PGWP application is the valid period for work experience. Anytime before that you would clearly be on a study permit and can not get the work experience needed.

So to reiterate, work experience starts when you submit your PGWP application, NOT when you completed school (regardless of course date and degree date).
