Staples??

Hello all,

After many weeks, I am finally about ready to send off my application (fingers crossed, it will be in the mail by the end of the week.)

So anyway, on to my question. I know that staples are a big no for the application, however, a couple of my letters that were notarized were stapled by the notary. Should I remove these? Or are these ones okay? Will it ruin the the fact that they are certified copies if I tamper with them by removing the staple?

just leave them as they are. if cic cares to remove them, let them decide to do it. it's not going to cause your application to be returned or rejected.

I agree, dont stress about a few loose ones. CIC will pull apart the application and organize it how they want, hence a whole application with staples is a pain in the butt, but 2-3 staples won't kill anything.
