I applied for OINP in March 2016. In May 2016 I applied for SINP. At the time of applying for SINP it asked a question have you applied for any other province and I said yes and gave details about my OINP application.

My question is do I need to tell OINP that I have appied for SINP and have received nomination from SINP too. Although I may not accept SINP nomination. Is it a case that we only need to inform one privince if we are accepting nomination from other province or is it a case that we need to inform the province regardless of accepting or declining nomination from other province. Please advice guys.

You only need to inform OINP if you have accepted the SINP nomination so that they can withdraw your application.

If you're still deciding on whether to accept it, no need to inform OINP yet.

As bellaluna mentioned, the question of informing OINP arises only in case you accept SINP nomination. In case you do not accept SINP nomination and you are waiting for OINP nomination, then your SINP nomination will expire in 30 days or in other words, you just get 30 days to accept your SINP nomination. On the other hand, if you get nominated by OINP while your SINP nomination is active, you can accept OINP nomination and inform SINP. Please note whichever nomination you accept, it will be valid only for a period of 6 months.
