Standard Deductions from Pay.

Hi,

I plan to travel to Canada on a work permit soon. Can anyone advise what are the standard withholdings (i.e. deducted by the employer) on payroll in Canada? To my knowledge its only Provincial and Federal Taxes, CPP and EI all off which are deducted at source. Please confirm.

You have it right, just expect some health/dental deductions as well but the mandatory ones would be tax, CPP and EI yes.
