Stamps Translation by a Friend

Hi,

I have a question about the stamps translation.

does anyone have an experience on how to do the translation if I want a friend to translatethe stamps and provide afidavit stating that he's fluent in the 2 languages?

I am looking to ask a friend to translate the stamps, as they will cost more than 300$ if I go with a certified translator.

are there forms or standard format that i should follow regarding the translation format and the affidavit format?

1) Your friend has to swear that the contents of the translation are a true translation and representation of the contents of the original document.
