1, RE: IMM 5292, the processing office will send me or I will go to office to affix?
2, If I am away in overseas, should I go back and affix my visa in processing office?
3, In my case, there are three people involved, should three people all back to affix visa or I can bring their passports to be affixed.

1. The processing office will request by mail that you submit your passport and those accompanying.
2. Some offices allow you to drop off the passports and pick them up 2/3 later with the IMM 5292 (PR visa) fixed in the passports. Buffalo can be done on the same day.
3. Other offices have only mail in of passports, Abu Dhabi are done by pre paid courier.
4. Most offices will not return the passports outside their area of jurisdiction, London will.
5. With a letter of authorization , you can submit/pickup your relatives passports.
