Stage after CSQ

Hi everyone,

I have actually received CSQ after 5 years of waiting from feb. and till now , I don't know what is the exact papers requested for me to send apart from birth certificates & marriage / police clearance certificates translated in English .

Anyone can help me if there is any other papers requested .
