Stage 2 Applicant from Pakistan - Where to post application

I am planning to submit my detailed application after sucessful initial assessment.
I will like to ask where shall I post my application to. I am applying from Pakistan. Previously, we were told that all applicants from Pakistan shall send their applications to London office.
Is it still true?

There should be a clear instruction in NS, Email about the VO where u have to submit ur final application.
