hello everyone so i got my stage 1 approved, now after the niagara falls office asked for proof of residence this was their reply to the documents we send them. Since the family appears to be in albania we need them to apply for a authorization to return to canada under the mision responsible for their country before any PR finalization can be done. So we talked to our lawyer and we have to do this application, my question is what do we have to do for this application and where do we send it to. My country is albania and the mission responsible is Italy rome. Do i send the application to rome visa or rome immigration?
