St Clair college refund fees

Hi Everyone
I got admission into St. Clair college for winter 2020 intake and paid full year fees 3 weeks ago ....however due to certain family and financial issues I have decided not to apply for study permit ... I told my agent 10 days ago about my decision ...but they still haven't apply for refund and are not providing me refund form despite many request and giving me weird reasons .....i am nervous about getting my fees back .....can anyone help me with their knowledge about this situation ......

If your agent is not providing the form, hasn't applied for the refund, and is giving you weird excuses, the issue is with your agent.

Have you tried to contact the school directly? They can provide you the form, if the agent actually paid them the fees.

Finally I have sent mail to college yesterday ...hopefully they will send form to me ......I have paid fees from my own account.

St clair college website says "
*Please note that students who choose not to apply for a visa from the Canadian Embassy after receiving a letter of admission may be required to provide proof that no active application is on file with the Canadian Embassy."

I am not sure how can I provide proof.

You will need to ask the local embassy to write you a letter confirming no application is on file.
