SPP vs Private College

Hi there! What is the difference between the SPP and Private colleges/universities? Please help us ASAP because my brother is coming in a university that is not listed under SPP. if there’r drawbacks of studying in private college then we will change his college to one in SPP.

1. Students in most private colleges are not entitled to a Post Graduate Work Permit when they graduate.
2. Not all Non SPP colleges are private. Consultants like to refer applicants to SPP schools, because they get paid by them.
