Applied on 6th of August at New Delhi and file was returned back on 19th

Reason: "your course of study does not make sense and I don't feel that you are a genuine student who would go back after your authorized duration of visa"

Ielts:7.5 (nothing below 6.5)

What can I do now? can I appeal?

Bro, they gave me exact same reason for my rejection.
Actually, I reapplied on 7th aug with appeal latter nd nw m waiting for reply..!!

I didn't over stay in my UK education trip and I only failed 2 sub in my 2nd semester in UK. I was in UK between 2010 and 2012 and have been working in India since.

What do you mean by Caips? So can I appeal asking for a review of this of my application with the same documents or I can only re apply under General.?

Accepted for electronics technician program at SIAST college.

1st applied on 29th July nd got rejection on 5th aug with same reasons as urs, thn reapplied on 7th aug vth appeal latter which explain given reasons. Rit nw it's under processing. I hope I vl here from them in next 2 days..!!

I cant appeal for the September intake.

But will try to appeal for the Jan intake if its possible.

Could you give me an insight of what I should wrte in the appeal letter/ cover letter?.

Idk how my couse cannot make sense. I did business managament and am going to do global business management.

I can understand being rejected for not leaving Canada because my Brother is PR in Toronto, Canada and my college is in Toronto.

Should I change my course and college? One of the seasons for rejection is that the course makes no sense.

I did business management and going to study a 2 year global business management program at Humber.
