guys i applied for posr grad in project managment from humber and Centennial College but unfofortunalely they dont have any space left for sept intake as the seat filled up very quickly ,so they send me acceptence letter for jan intake ,as all my other things will be done by the end of july (bank loan,health etc). my question is which is the earliest possibe date to apply for visa in CHC under SPP from india for jan intake ( when CHC start processing visa applications for jan intake)
