SPP STUDY VISA REFUSED TAKEN SOUL OUT SILENTLY

HI all they refused my study visa saying your previous qualifications and all that and language abilities but my ielts score is 7 bands how many bands they want .its irony of life how a man at chc knows more than college who give admission knows nothing and how they can shatter ones soul and life .i am 6'4 and 95 kg young but they had literally thrashed me and my mind.God bless their mothers that their sons are making someone mothers cry.

Sorry to hear that buddy. I can understand your situation completely as i have faced myself before.

For now you have to apply for Sep intake. You have more time to file the visa again and meanwhile you can apply for CAIPS to know the exact reasons.

Trust me you will feel better as time passes.

U r ryt, it is an irony indeed.

But we can do nothing about it now, its in the past. I was rejected too, but i applied again.
Now, prepare urself for the next intake.

hii Virk i would like 2 tell u dat it is complete senrence stating

"Your proposed studies are not reasonable in light of one or more of your qualifications, previous studies, employment, level of establishment, language abilities or future prospects and plans".

your reason of resusal can be any 1 of these and you can reapply 4 same intake under general and do answerall of these so that whichever will b hinderance in ur visa will be cleared out but make a stronger profile this tym dan earlier dnt let urself down.

sometimes it seems chc refuses arbitrarily and they gives some vague reason without clearly stating why they think 'proposed study is not reasonable.'if we want to know that then we need apply for Caips/Gcms. this will take at least a month's time and by that time the visa deadline would have passed.
the only thing we can do is to reapply by writing a strong SOP and hope for the best.

hey velly dun be so heartbroken... even i go refused for the first time.... waited for the right time and i got it in second time ... meanwhile order ur CAIPS asap ... and prepare a very strong SOP mentioning each and every thing from your qualification to financial status , ur parents net worth, ur reasons to study the course and why canada why colg... everything... and in general u need to prepare a financial statement certified by C.A.
just get all the documents done much before the last date for sept intake..... and u'll surely get the visa..
