SPP queries

is taking a loan to pay the tuition fee mandatory to apply under SPP? or can we just pay by our savings and apply. and is there any such requirements to show IT return? (income tax retun)

btw i got acceptance letter from centennial college, for mechanical engineering-Design.

IELTS - 7 BANDS (L-7.5 , S-7 , R-7 , W-6.5)
12th - 78% (Math-57)
10th - 69 %. (Math-60)

what are my chances of getting approved or rejected?

If You apply under SPP, then GIC is only requirement related financial matter. Your profile is very good. So hopefully You should get it.
