I have been accepted to Georgian College in Barrie for September 2013, which is an SPP participating institution. I will be applying for a visa from India. Do I need to apply under SPP or can I submit a General Study Permit application. Are there any advantages/disadvantages or a huge gap in the approval percentage? Any help or information will be greatly appreciated.
