I really m not sure which category I am in or should be in! I 've applied in a college which is not under the Govt. of Canada. its' a masters course! please help!

please give complete detail which college or is it a university since u said masters.

If ur are applying fr the first time and to a public/community college/SPP college then apply under SPP
if u got refused any time and if its non SPP college then apply under general
if to a university then apply under university catogory
