My wife got stamped on passport,they didn't give any visitor record, is it enough to try at flagpole for open work permit?

I have applied online for open work permit. Even though can I apply for flag polling?

If we need visitor record, then can I apply for visitor record parallelly?

How much time it will take to get visitor record if we apply online

You cannot flagpole without a valid TRV

When does her TRV expire?

Mine is closed work permit.
