Canadian Immigration requires visa records for my fiancee (whom I'm sponsoring) going back the last 10 years. She was travelling between Canada and her home country a few times over that period but doesn't have the records. Is there a way or process that we can obtain this information from Canadian Immigration?

We were also looking at getting a travel history report but the page says we don't need one if we're applying for permanent residence so we're a little lost. Any direction here would be greatly appreciated.

does she still have her old passport? if so and assuming her passport was stamped when she entered canada, that can help create a time line. i'm not sure what page you are referring to in reference to the travel history report. even though it's not required for pr, does it still not give a person the option to obtain one for their records? you also may be able to get a record from CBSA as well. This would require you to at least call a border office to ask about whether this is available.
