Spouse's medical results will be sent to country's CHC office instead of Ottawa

Hello,

My spouse went for her medical exam few days ago, and the Doctor said your medical results will be sent to country's CHC office, which is not even an RMO office.

Has this happened to anyone? I am not sure if the doctor is following correct procedure here? Also, I don't know if the CHC office will directly forward it to Ottawa or some other office.

Any thoughts on this?

It happens to everyone. The DMPs have to submit the medical results to the Regional Immigration Medical Centre, responsible for the country where they practice. The VO retrieves the results electronically when they are needed.
