I meet a special case for my wife's medical examination for our Permanent Residence Application. The Panel Physician refuses to give her medical examination for the Permanent Residence Application as she took another medical examination for her work permit on April 27, 2018, and the doctor said they won't give one person the same test twice a year. But as she is pregnant, she could not finish the whole test such as X-ray, so that medical examination status is pending.
I received her medical examination request for Permanent Residence Application on June 26, 2018, and it must be finished within 30 days, at least making an appointment. But the Panel Physician does not allow us to make an appointment.
I am very upset about that. I have no idea to how to solve this problem. If someone can help, I will appreciate it very much.
