Spouse's education history

Hello people, please I need your advice on this.
I entered my spouse education history as high school or no education though she has B.Sc because she doesn't have eca and I don't claim any point for her education. Is it okay to do this?

I have a question regarding my spouse's education as well. He travelled several times to take short courses (ranging from 3 days to a couple of weeks max.) and we have mentioned the purpose of these trips in Travel as Training. Do we need to include these short courses in the Education section in Schedule A?
