Hello All
I need your help.

I applied the work visa for my husband the first time it was rejected and after that again, I applied, for now, he is invited for interview in Delhi.
In the invitation letter, they are asking for MY current status in Canada.

My status -
First Semester - May 2017 ( i was not able to study and go to college regularly, so I failed in all courses)
Second Semester - I paid for Second semester and college said you are not a full-time student. now you are a part-time student and once you cleared all the failed exam we will put you on the full-time semester.

I decided to not to continue college and start looking for another college for next semester. ( for January 2019 )

Now I have an offer letter from another college and am going to start my classes from January 15, 2019.

Delhi Embassy is asking for my current status, what should I need to do ? do I need to give them current offer letter or do I need to provide them with the offer letter having part time on it from the previous college?

if I am a part-time student, do I eligible for applying work visa for my husband?

Please advise.
Your responses will be much appreciated

Thanks in advance!

Dear ,

Why you did not attend school ?
Second if you did not go to School, then you know your School would have informed IRCC about your absence in College ?
Did you notify IRCC about your school change ?
Because its rule from 2017 May 8, that you must tell IRCC about your Change in DLI.

You violated study permit conditions. One thing that I see or advise is that you should Notify IRCC about change in your DLI first as soon as possible.

Your husband visa will not be approved as long as you are not full time student in school and you do not have enrollment letter from school saying length and semester you are attending.

There is chance that they may also deport you as you were not full time student and you provided wrong information about your enrollment, when you were not actually a student in DLI.

Hello Aneep,
Thank you very much for providing me this information and helping me!

I failed from the first semester, and I paid the fee for the second semester but I did not attend the college because of my health problem. I have the full medical record as well.

Now I planned to change my college and I got enrolment letter today from another college.

one more thing, the enrolment letter which I send before that was given by my college and that was not fake, I mean I enrolled but I did not attend the college.

Please suggest me, your suggestion will be much appreciated

If you were in medical problem then I think there should be no problem as long as you have your medical proofs. Send the copies of these proofs to your husband to take them to visa office when attending interview. This will become an emotional reason that may result in approval of your husbands visa. Also, notify IRCC about your school change. and also send them these medical proofs that why you did not attend school and changed DLI. That will favor you.
