Greetings,

I have a query regarding spouse work permit.

I finished my masters degree and have a permanent job. I have been in the company for 1 year now.

Can i apply for a work permit for my wife even though she is currently working in India?

Once the she receives the spouse work permit she plans to quit and come to Canada.

Is this possible?

Also, after receiving the open spouse work permit can i apply for PR for her?

Yes for Work Permit and also for PR. You can include her in your PR application.

Her job doesn't matter as long as you have an NOC 0/A/B job.
