Spouse work permit while my PR in process & i am on work permit

Hi All,
I applied my permanent residency under the provincial nominee program Ontario. I got pnp and my file is in process with CIC.

My life took a turn and I am planning to get married soon.
My spouse is in india right now. I know after marriage, I will have to add my wife name in my PR file as an accompanying dependent.

My Questions:
1. Its hard for us to wait for PR. Is there any quick way I can bring her to Canada ?
2. Since i am on workpermit , Can she apply for open work permit from India ? And what is the probility of getting permit ?

Same situation for me as well but my husband studied in Canada our PR file is in process I am primary applicant and my husband is dependent.

We just started PR application. already got PNP but there is no name of my husband I am eligible to apply TRV but can my husband apply for extension work permit until we got PR ? his work permit is expiring on July 1st 2016.
