Spouse work permit after applying PR

I’ m going to apply PR and I’m inland but as it takes time so I want to apply work permit as well so he can be be here as soon as possible
So you are PR? So is he inland? if not, he is not eligible for a work permit. Needs to be in Canada when you apply for PR and once he has AOR, he can apply for a work permit.
What type of permit do you have? If WP what type of WP. What NOC type do you work in?

So are you applying inland or outland for PR for your spouse? Is your spouse in Canada? If not in Canada and applying outland, spouse waits for PR and not eligible for work permit.

No, not possible.
He needs to be physically in Canada and you need to sponsor him inland in order for an open work permit to be possible.
No - this will not work.
If he wants to qualify for an open work permit, then the first step is for him to apply for a TRV. Assuming the TRV is approved, he must then travel to Canada. Once he has arrived in Canada, you can then submit an inland spousal sponsorship application. Once you have AOR after submitting the sponsorship application, he can then apply for the open work permit. This is the only way.
