Not important at all if their experience was outside Canada.

Not important at all if you aren't claiming points based on their Canadian work experience.

I am the principal applicant and my spouse as a dependent in my application. She is working full time here in Canada. I never claimed points for her education and work experience therefore I have declared her work experience and education only under personal activities and I am not worried about that.

So what should I upload where it asks me for her work references?
It says required..

Upload whatever you have - the officer will summarily ignore those and award you no points. Or upload nothing at all and delete that work experience from your profile. Makes no difference to your application.
