Am I correct that I should say "No" to "does spouse have work history" and then just put the "Employment" activity in the "Personal History" section?

She has no Canadian work experience and we can't claim any CRS points for her US work experience. The CRS points we are getting from work come from me (PA).

My understanding is that if i put it in the "Work" section for the spouse, they are going to want Proof of Work Experience uploads for her, which aren't required for the CRS points claimed.

Please tell me if I'm right or wrong.

Do u think its necessary to add an explanation why we selected NO for the "does spouse have work history"

No need, but doesn't hurt to explain that it's because ti's all foreign experience, hence no points claimed. And that it's all in personal history.
