Spouse work experience in Canada while on Student Visa?

Hello friends,
Please can somebody help clarify,
Can one claim points for spouse work experience in Canada if the spouse was working but on student visa?
Husband is the primary applicant on PGWP, both were students and wife still a student but has been working
Can her work experience count while she was on Student visa?

Work in Canada whilst on a study permit counts for nothing at all given primary purpose is to study not work as that is secondary.
