Spouse work experience documents - PR file - can I ignore it

Hi,
I got my ITA last week,and I'm preparing my file now for PR submission. in my application I claim that my wife was working for one year in a pharmacy in 2010, but I can't get a prove or paper from the pharmacy now. So, I'm asking what can I do, note that this document is mandatory required for complete the PR file.

Note that in my ITA, I checked the my express entry points, and I found that I have no additional points for my Wife's work experience (She increased my points only for education(+8 points)).

can i just ignore that file, can i send letter of explanation?? are there anyone else faced the same situation???

I suggest you make a very convincing LOE. Since it does not carry any points it can be neglected by the VO after reading the LOE.
